Level Up Labs LLC ("Level Up Labs," "we," "us") is a technology and process consulting firm based in San Diego, California. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form — for example, your name, email address, company, a message, or your responses to our tech self-audit — we receive and store what you submit.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers). These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or audit submission and provide the services you ask about.
- To operate, improve, and secure our website.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and content.
- To send you communications you've requested. We don't add you to marketing sequences you didn't ask for.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the standard measurement tools described here. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — such as our form processor, email provider, analytics, scheduling, and advertising platforms — and only for the purposes above, or where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we use Google Analytics, you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Ad platforms also offer their own ad-preference controls.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — then we delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (as noted above, we don't sell it). We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Residents of other states or regions may have similar rights under local law. To exercise any of them, email us at neil@leveluplabs.net and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be flagged plainly, not buried.
